Hi,

I have to create a very simpe cube,
but I dont know how Can I set my measures.
I have got 2 dimensions.
(Time - Y,Q,M and System - Systems,servers)
The measeures: availability(%) and users.

Example for source data:

date, system, server, avail, user
2003.07,MS-SQL, DBServer1, 100%, 199
2003.07,MS,SQL, DBServer2, 99%, 101
2003.07,E-mail, MailServer, 98%, 399
2003.08,E-mail, MailServer, 99%, 401

I dont need to summerize my data,
It doesnt make sense to summarize data.

But what can I do???

thx

Well,
I use "average" rollup....

You also have other summery buttons, largest, smallest, count, count all, count any etc.

If you only want details, leave the data in Impromptu, as Transformer is designed to summerize data (for viewing in PPES).

Cheers
Bruce

you can use external roll up feature for your problem.
Pl. refer to cognos documentation.
revert for any problem.
