I first want to state that I have an elementary knowledge in programming this system. I have software version G3V6I.03.2.239.5.

I would like to restrict calls to certain extensions or if that is not possible I could restrict calls to all internal ext.'s for a certain group. Basically I have CSR's calling each other instead of taking ACD calls. I have looked at the COR assigned to the group I would like to restrict and see a couple of options but am not sure if this is what I'm looking for. The two options I was wondering about is the "direct agent calling" and "Restricted call list". Thanks for your help.

to restrict between internal groups, you assign them differenet COR's and have the cors set to restrict calls to the COR of the other group.

Something that I have put in place that is very easy to do, is create a cover path for each. On the cover path put inside calls back to the hunt group on all calls. This has worked here for several groups. I have it set up in our switch so that you cant dial out and back in with a high COR. Hope this helps you.

If you find any mistakes, please consider that they are there for a purpose. And everyone needs a purpose.
Hope this helps, Mikey.
