On Windows Server 2000, I want to retrieve a file that was deleted. I'm guessing it's still in the recycler folder as the file was deleted yesterday. How do I do that?

If it was deleted via a network share you can kiss it goodbye, get the backup tapes out cuz its history. If it was deleted while logged on the server physically then you just double click the recycle bin and find the file then right click it and select restore, done.
