How can I restore a deleted user?

I'm using Groupwise 6.0 and one of our users were accidentally deleted. I need to recover the Groupwise account and restore their mailbox.

I know Groupwise 6.5 have a recover deleted account utility. How can I do this with 6.0.

There appears to be no simple way to do this. I recommend that you visit Novell's Knowledgebase (

http://support.novell.com/search/kb_index.jsp)

and search on the following string:

recover deleted account

Be sure to only search in the "Groupware" category for "TID's" only.

Several TID's will come up under that search. Take your pick.
