How can I reset unknown SSH password of a Call Manager version 7.1.3?

Hello,

I inherited a Call Manager version 7.1.3 array that no one knows the SSH username and/or password. I found a procedure on Google but for some reason I couldn't login with the username and password they specify in it. The procedure can be found at
The reason I need to access the OS is because the company I work for changed its name and logo and they want to put the new logo on the phones. I never did such thing but I was told that I can do that through the file system. However, if someone knows of a better way to do that, please advise...

I have physical access to the appliance but again, no username or password.

Could someone please help me gain SSH access to my box?

What's unknown? the OS password or the application administration password?
If the latter then the procedure above is correct. If it is the OS you need to contact cisco TAC.
