You can contact Avaya and have them reset it, but they will charge "$$$$$" to do it.
Another option would be to contact a local Authorized Avaya Business Partner. They will charge "$" to do the same thing.
Some of the other members who frequently post in this forum might have some additional suggestions.
If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

Yes, there are members who can provide that type of Tier-3 Service for much le$$ than DEALERS or the MANUFACTURER.
