The Phantom set will still have to have a DCFW set, but you can change it to a different DN by doing e.g.

Not true. We've used them to control call flow with HUNT and FDN and LHK for appearances of a number or numbers that were not primary DNs on a physical phone set.
I STAND CORRECTED. Apparently at Phantom DN has to be unique. So, I believe what I was thinking was programming a normal 500 set DN, but not connect it to any physical phone to effect the desired call control.
No worries, it's easy to get confused with the capabilities of Phantom extensions. Phantom DN's are very good when a requirement to manually set up regular diverts are needed as this can all be done using the FFC RCFA feature from any phone without the need to use the system programming terminal.
