how can I reinstall windows ce

I am assuming you are wanting to re-install on a handheld pc. Windows CE is hardcoded into the device's rom. The owners manual for the device should give some sort of directions for resetting the device. For example my HP Jornada has a red reset button on the back of it, if I depress it and then power the device up it comes up as a 'fresh install'

Yes I found out that the "hard reset"
By he way I own a Jornada
but what I don't like is that if you don't have a backup
you loss all your data.
That is way I was wander if perhaps exist some install program that you can run in instead of reset your Packet PC
