How can I put a the name of the server in the console?

Hello all
I want to display permanently the name of the server in the console, but I cannot to remember the name of the file that I have to edit in order to do this. Can you help me?

Sorry, I forgot to include the Unix version, the version We are talking about is a HP-UX release 11.0

The file you are looking for is /etc/issue you edit this file to reflect the hostname of the server.
