How can I put a "Banner" on 2616phones /w display?

Right now our phones show the Month, Date, and Time in the top line and the bottom line is empty. I remember reading that you can add your own text (called a banner?) on that bottom line, such as company name and such. When I went back to find the information I was unable to, so either I’m going crazy thinking or I just can’t find the information in the book any more.

Is it possible to do this and if so how? I’m hoping to post information such as important weekly events and also scheduled server down time to the phones if I can. Also if it is possible, am I capped by the 24char display limit, or if I do more will it scroll the extra automatically, or will it simply not allow it?

It is in the PARM Gateway in LD 17, but unaware of how to change. I have seen it at different sites, but have never messed with it. It is the last option in the PARM listings in LD 17.
