How can I put a call on hold using auto attendant?

My office needs the AA to answer over flow calls that don't get answered live with the AA. But they want to tell callers to simply hold for the next available. I see park and page under CCR, but I don't know how to just hold the call. Is park and page the only option? The page part is what they don't want. Just a park option or so. We don't have Contact Center licensing on the BCM50.

You'll need to license at least one skill set in ICC with an agent license for each person you want the call queued to to do this.
