Hi all.

Is there a way that I can stop anyone to go to my computer, my hard drive or a control panel? Operating system Windows XP professional.

Wrong forum ;-)

Try the security policies first.

But as you posted in this forum I suppose you want to stop network access too? Do you have administrator rights of the machine, and/or of the domain? Note that the hidden share of your pc can only be removed from an administrator

Search in google for tweak and windows. There are some little tools there.
The best way is to have that XP memeber of a Win2k domain. Then you can apply some GroupPolicy and restrict what you want.
