How can I set it up to just dial 911 not 9-911 currently I have to dial 9-911, this switch is working off a CSK1 and has it's own PRI AND 4 PSTN lines, this is driving me crazy, although it was not far of a ride.

How can I program an SRG50 to just dial 911 for local emergencies?

All the config in on the CS1K.
Do you have the sets co-located with the SRG configured in a zone?
Are you using Zone Dialing Behaviors?
You most likely have to dial the 9 twice because the first one is your AC1.
