How can I print to 8.5 x 5.5 inc continuous form ?

Hi Al,

I want to print invoice to 8.5 x 5.5 inch continuous form.
I am using Epson LX-300, there is no paper size like I mentioned above.

What paper size should I use ?
Should I use User Defined Paper Size ?

Does any body has experience to do this ?
