HOW CAN I PRINT THE CONTENTS OF A MSHFLEXGRID?

I need to be able to print the contents of a MSHFlexGrid. I can't find the syntax to do this. Also the MSHFlexGrid is on another form that will not be showing, will this cause any problems, ie will I have to filter and refresh the adodc data control on that form first? Lastly is there a way of printing only part of it eg the 10 most recent records by date?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I remember seeing something. I think it used
printer.paintpicture MSHFlexGrid.image

you might do a keyword search on PaintPicture and MSHFlexGrid
