HI, there -
i am in the process of documenting our system and wanted to be able to print out our ACD, CDN and the DID's they are linked to.

1- how can i do this?

2- how does the flow of calls work?
- i know for a regular DID the call gets routed to the user phone.
- but for the call center how are all the ACD, CDN DID linked and call flow?

thank you,

If you just want the ACD and CDN numbers LST is quicker and easier:

LD 23

REQ LST
TYPE ACD or CDN
CUST 0

To work out the call flow start with the IDC entry

818222 6000 (DDI 818222 maps to ACD 6000 for example)

Then PRT ACD in LD 23

Check the NCFW (Callflow when closed)
Check the OVDN (Callflow when all agents Busy)
Check the IFDN (Callflow if no Overflow targets available)

For a CDN: PRT CDN in LD 23

Check the DFDN (Callflow to ACD) and then PRT ACD

Symposium/ContactCentre, CCR, EOVF or NACD could also effect the callflow.
