Hello,

I've been trying to print a single record of a form with the specific data on the screen but with different format on printing.

I have done a report with the wizard, with the two queries I needed in the form, but the thing is that the report gets all the records and I just need: the record screened in the form.

Can you tell me how can I resolve this?
Thanks in advanced.
Erick.

You need to know the unique identifier. You can then filter the report for that unique identfier.

Let me know if this helps.

Hello John,

I have searched about this unique identifier, but I couldn't find where its located, I got in the macro window, and I tried to filter the registers , but I couldn't do it, I read the access help about this, but still dont know how to do it.

I have the report, but still shows all the records and I just want the record screened, if you want I can send an email with a sample of the database i have, for you to know exactly what I'm doing.

Thanks for your attention.
Erick.
