I have a Hewlett Packard 722C printer and have loaded a Hewlett Packard 550C driver as per the instructions but cannot print dos. Does anyone know how to do this?

DOS???!!!!...
I really don't know much about the system that changed the world of computing (not about to comment on whether for better or for worse), but you might try
COPY {file-name} LPT{port#}:
such as, for example,
COPY GATES.TXT LPT1:
and see if you at least get some indication of what is going on.
