How can I print just a SINGLE copy from the browser (not using CTRL+P or self.print because I can't prohibit the number of copies) ?

Instead of using the "print icon" on top of browser, use the File > Print. There you can set what you want printed and which pages. If you just want to print a paragraph or two, highlight (like you would in copy/paste) and check "selection" on file/print page.

If he cannot use CTRL+P , will File > Print give another result ?

By "copy/paste",I meant to left click and "drag" the mouse cursor across what he wants to print. As for ctrl+p, you don't ever really paste. You just copy (it puts the info into the clipboard) and use the file/print to actually take it from the clipboard and send it to the printer.

You don't understand what I need ! I don't want to leave the user using JUST the touchscreen to print more than 1 copy of the document !

This can't be done from JavaScript/CTRL+P (don't forget that the user can't push any button on keyboard) !
