How Can I Monitor PRI Utilization

I have a 406 v1.4(22) with one PRI, at times all channels are busy but I don’t know how often, I would like to track utilization so I can justify adding a second PRI.

What tools would be useful? Could the info be extracted from SysMonitor ?

You can use monitor and a L3 Isdn Trace and look for BUSY line. It is also possable to monitor lines for Busy in CCC reports and real time using CCV.
