How can I merge two .pst files into Outlook?

I accidentally downloaded several days of email into a new Outlook 2003 installation, before copying my previous .pst file into the appropriate Outlook folder.

How can I import the contacts/messages/etc from the .pst file into Outlook without deleting the downloaded email messages already in Outlook.
