How can I manage the Com+ comonent on the other Computer ?

Hi.
I have added a computer to component services console in the Computers part,by right clicking the Computers session and choosing new and .....
but when I am going to access its Com+ Application the bellow error message will appear:
"Unable to connect the remote computer named 'ComputerA'
either the machine does not exist or you don't have
permission to access this machine!"
but the current user is the local admine for that machine and the computer also exist.

to get this working you either have to be logged on with a domain type account with appropriat permissions on the remote machine. Being logged on locally to one machine and trying to access another will not work unless you've set up trust relationships between the 2 machines.
