I am trying to print 4 reports off of one command button. Each report can vary in the number of pages it contains. The 4 reports need to print in order.

The problem I run into is, it starts spooling each report one after the other, and which ever report spools first, prints first. So if a long report comes first, and a short one next, the second report actually comes off the printer first.

Anyone know any way to have it wait until the report is complete spooled to continue to the next command?

Thanks in advance
Josh

hello there

this sounds like a blast from the past- here's an old chestnut I still use.

the first one theoretically makes the current process finish but in V2 the OS could get away from you so we cheated and put another one so the first one had to finish before it could proceed.

Do you think this may help
