How can I make the Shockwave 8,5 plug work with Havok file??

I made a nice 3D file in director using a havok hke file. Now I am ready and want to put it online but the problem is that the shockwave plugin does not have the Xtra files installed automaticly ( files nessecary for havok to work, as the error sais). So how can I let the requested files install correctly?
