A quick google search on "photoshop clouds" produded many links like

I would recomend waiting for the right day go out on your rooftop or anywhere with an unobstructed veiw of the sky and take photos. I do this with all different types of sky conditions. If don't have time to wait for the right clouds many stock photography houses have this type of photo in there collections.
