How can I make my table without border & border

I want to generate a report in HTML with certain part having border and some don't. For example


Interaction Rating: (table of data)
Customer Service example: 95% .....
Helpful 80% .....
etc....

What I did was put everything in a table format without border, then for the table of data, I make it a separate table with border. But the problem is that every line is a separate table, so it create white spaces between them. Are there a nicer way to make a report with that format that looks like in Excel.

What do you mean every line is a seperate table?
Do you mean there is space between the cells?
