How can I make access to one external IP address bypass the cache

Hi

I have a problem that I am not sure is proxy or NAT Firewall related. When I try to access a site to download reports they download ok on a computer that is not behind the firewall and not connected to a proxy.

I would like connections to this particular IP to bypass the cache and go directly to the site.

How do I go about this?
