I need to build one beacuse a can't find where to buy?

You can normally find them on eBay as part of the cable kit for 10 bucks or so. You will spend 5 on just the shell/connector. The ping out is very easy.

Also, a roll over cable in the context of RJ-45 adapterss is a piece of 8 wire ribbon satin cable( or that type) where the RJ45 jack is facing up and the on the other end, it's facing down. Hence the term "rollover cable" You use this cable for several things.. one is connecting AUX ports back to back to emulate a dialup connection on the AUX port.
