Is this possible? It seems they automatically become nullable and I don't want it nullable (because otherwise the report won't work).

Hi,
You could give it a default value which would be used if no other value is provided..

The only thing is - when I run the report using IE, it comes up with a parameter box and below the parameter is a checkbox to set it to null. I don't want this option at all. Can I get rid of the checkbox? How did that appear? I didn't get that in the old version...

Hi,
How are you calling the report..In ePortfolio and in my custom pages, that check box does not appear for any of my reports that use parameters..

Hmmm I'm a little confused. Especially since i'm very new to Crystal Enterprise. Our Crystal Enterprise is located on a different server. But we can create the reports on our desktops - we have Crystal 8.5 Developers Edition. In Internet Explorer I simply bring up the name of the server, along with path for which the report pages are saved under (I created an asp page so you can view online) and call the reports that way. Does that make sense?
