How can i make a incoming did forward no answer to an auto att.

Incoming call comes in, rings at the reception phone, if reception does not answer i want it to go to auto att.

Point the DID to a huntgroup that has the receptionist in it. Make an overflow group that has an extension that is forwarded unconditional to a short code (say *98) and that short code is setup as

*98
Auto Attendant
AA:Day (or w/e your auto attendant is called
0

That is the steps for embedded
For VMPro I would just go to Voicemail Pro and setup the Leave action for the group you have the receptionist in and point the start action to a "goto" action that goes to your Auto Attendant module.
