How can I make a contact address book seen and shared by certain users

Hi,

I'd like to create a contact list (or address book) which can be seen and shared by certain users or groups but not all.
Plus, we need access it from web access interface.

We have Domino 7.0 on AIX 5.2
iNote web access 6
