How Can I Lock my CD ?

Do you mean you want to protect the CD so someone cannot burn a copy of it?

There are various technologies that you can implement to protect your CD which are done when you print the CD's at the stamping facility. But none of them are foolproof coz even the latest Sony protection can be worked around by sofware 2-3 years old. So such protection is enough to protect your work only from the casual copier.
