How can I listen to calls on a TDE100 1

Hi all,

I have a TDE100 with T7633/6 handsets. I want to allow managers to listen in to other extensions.
Is this possible? I found a bit in the manual under "Call Monitor"

It mentions preprogrammed extension can do this - anyone know how I can set this up? I can't see anything in the extension settings...

You will need the programming tool and it is under class of service under system
