How can I know what speed and duplex mode in my NIC ?

Hi all,

Please tell me how can I know what speed ( 10 or 100 Mbps ) and duplex mode ( half or full duplex ) which my network interface adapter ( NIC ) is running in ( my OS is Red Hat Linux 7.1 ) ?

try /sbin/mii-tool

Full Duplex 100 Mbit = eth0: negotiated 100baseTx-FD, link ok
Half Duplex 100 Mbit = eth0: negotiated 100baseTx-HD, link ok
Full Duplex 10 Mbit = eth0: negotiated 10baseTx-FD, link ok
Half Duplex 10 Mbit = eth0: negotiated 10baseTx-HD, link ok AV
