Hi,

My company is trying to eliminate paper waste by making most of our documentation storage electric. However; some of our documents require signatures. I would like to be able to scan copies of their signatures in as images and then allow them to paste them onto completed Word 2000 documents. The problem is that I need to be able to keep those images from being copied later on.

Any Ideas?

If you are allowing the images to be pasted into the word documents then why are you worried about what happen to them afterwards?

Not sure if W2003 will allow that (haven't investigated), but you can always save the documents as PDF documents, using the latest version with enhanced security, and prevent copying of any items on the document.

This is also particulary useful if you are distributing the documents to third parties that may not have the same word settings as your users, and using a PDF document will prevent any problem with formatting on this instance.
