How can I install permanent license without ovnnmPassword?

I recently downloaded and installed NNM6.2 on Solaris 2.8.
I have permanent license but I couldn't find the utility at /opt/OV/bin/ovnnmPassword.
Please advise me how to do.

You can just add the password to the $OV_CONF/.license file.
When you use the ovnnmpassword which calls up the GUI window, it is updating the .license file.
