How can I increase the Auto Atendant´s channel?

How can I increase the Auto Atendant´s channel? Because I can only handle like 6 call at the same time,right now Im using the DS30 split to 3/5, what can I do?

for BCM3.0 to 3.7 go to wan resource- select wan-voicemail-modify- and change from default 6 to 16 channels.

Configuration/Resources/ Click on application resources and you will see the options on the right hand side. Highlight the section you require and click on modify.

Did you reboot the system after making the change?

Set min to 10 max to 16 and you need to reboot the BCM400 to take the change.

You should be able to go to 32 if you like.

Just remember that no matter how many channels you configure for, You will still be limited by your trunking.

Im didn't change the min to 10, Im go to do it, I know about the trunking I have a T1.
