is anyone aware of any 3rd party bolt ons or other options that i can use in conjunction with our Aspect/Spectrum switch which will give us additional announcement space? Our issue is we don’t have any space in our existing Spectrum cabinet to add DAS cards. And we need a very budget conscious solution.

How can I increase Aspect Announcement Space cheaply?

Don't know if the Spectrum line carries this feature, but Aspect ACD has an "Agent Auto Greeting" feature that lets you use voice mail's greetings as agent announcements. In my case, this is expected to free up hundreds of announcements.
