How can I import my users

I am installing a new server (windows 2000), how can I Import my users and permissions from old server?

Then when you DCPROMO the server into AD it will automatically sync up with your existing servers.

From there, you can review countless threads on this forum on how to proceed from there.

My old server and the new aren´t online in the same time. because I am changing my hard disk.
So, I need Backup my users and restore them in my new installation..
How can I do that?

My windows 2000 server is with problem , I can´t access internet. so I must format it and to re-install again. but before this, I need to backup my users and permissions and restore them in my new Installation , on the same Hard Disk.

Install W2K Server on any system, doesn't matter as long as you can install server on it. Then DCPROMO that into the domain, transfer all the roles to it, install any necessary services on it and configure (DHCP, DNS, etc)., then turn the old server off, make sure everything works, then dcpromo the other server out before rebuilding it.

Have you worked to try to fix the Internet access issue before taking such a drastic step as rebuilding the server?

Is not fixing the Internet problem the first thing you should think of fixing.
E.g can other computers connect.
Have you reset TCP/IP and browser?
If you restoring back to the same server a system state my work here.

I tried to fix internet problem , but I didn´t find the solution, So I have to format my server.

Then I suppose grab a desktop make it a server, as Davetoo suggested, above my post.
