How can I have a rotating banner system?

Hi!

I wanted to have a rotating banner system where I could rotate say 10 banners at 30 second intervals. I have the results of my query randomized. All I need to do is to switch from the first banner to the second and onwards using a specific interval.

I would really appreciate any help from you guys.
