Hi everyone,

I seem to be having trouble. So I have a private ipv6 network setup and I don't need to go out to the internet or anything with it. It is strictly for communicating between servers.

I have a 2 windows 2003 servers and 1 redhat server all configured with IPV6 and they can ping each other.

When i configure the solaris 10 server, it can't ping anything.

so I do ifconfig ce1 inet6 plumb up and it gives a default address. Then I type in ifconfig ce1 inet6 addif fd01::f6/64 and it creates a logical interface called ce1:1.

When I try to ping another server at fd01::f2, it doesn't work.

I dunno what I am doing wrong and any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
