I have assigned each of my clients their own file folder. When I am working on a case, I usually have that file folder open. If I need to send the client a letter, I use a macro to open my letterhead and an envelope which are storied in different file folders. When I finish the letter, I want to save it in the client's file folder. However, when I click on save as, I find that the file folder open is the last file folder used by the macro. This requires me to click on file folders about three times to get back to the client's file folder. It doesn't sound like a big deal but when I have to do it time and time again, it becomes a big deal and a waste of time. This didn't happen with WP8. So, I am wondering if there is a setting that will stop this from happening? Thanks for your help.

I, too, have a folder for each client within my "user" directory (we work from a LAN). Rather than macros, however, I created documents for my letter formats ('letter' for standard margins, 'lletter' for short letters, etc.) and use the insert command to first bring up the format and then the client address (which is stored with all other addresses in a separate "add" folder). Then I open the client folder, prepare the letter, attach the envelope using the Ctrl R V command (which automatically inserts the address from the letter) and save the letter. My document format also includes a file name and path (Ctrl i o p) in .8 type immediately below any reference initials, cc notations, etc., so when I save the letter, that information is automatically included on the hard copy. The letter and envelope print in tandem. Hope this helps.
