How can i get Veritas 10 to recognize my powervault 132T Library

Hi, i am having difficulty getting my new installation of Backup Exec 10 to see my new powervault 132T media library. Powervault is connected to my network through a fiber switch and has a static IP address associated with it. Its the first time i am using both systems so i need help figuring out how to get my veritas installation to see the powervault library.
Please help

If you check the Device Manager to you see the drive and Medium Changer?

Updated to 10.1 with the Latest Drivers as well

And make sure you have the SAN/SSO license installed.
