How can I get the standard deviation with VB

HI,

Could anyone help me to get the standard deviation using a function or sub in VB
 
The EASIEST way I know is to create an Ms. Access db/recordset and just use the built in function. Otherwise, you need to specify the dataset in some manner and do the calculation in the dataset more-or-less manually. Of course, the calculation is quite straight forward but to REALLY trust it you need to do a LOT of testing and checking. You know, all of the bounds, limits, overflow, underflow, range of values, signifance, precision ...
