How can I run a report that shows me that a particular field is NULL or blank. For example, a report that shows me all trouble tickets that do not have a computer name in them. Note: ComputerName is a field in the database tables I am working with. Any help would be greatly appreciate. I am working with Crystal 7.01.
Thanks

If the field is truly null, use a selection formula like:
