How can I get the patches that are not allowed in the PEP Library?

Hi folks:

I need to get the information related to these patches:

MPLR 23631, 24204, 24232, 27326, 27329, 27767, 2708, 2684

but when login to the PEP Library web page, the next message appears:

EXISTS BUT IS NOT PUBLICALLY VIEWABLE, PLEASE CONTACT NORTEL IF YOU NEED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS PATCH.

Is there any way to obtain this information, without contacting Nortel?

your vendor would be cheaper.. and the FREE path would be to find anyone running the same rls with an up-to-date
patch list..

My system is OPT81C DC Release 4.5, software version:3321, but I don't know anybody with the same release, do you?
