How can I get rid of non-used entries in MSCONFIG table?

you know when you open up msconfig there are a bunch of entries that are never used - including the ones unchecked - how can I take them out? thx. D
 
Try Ccleaner. I use it and it works great. There is a tool that deletes startup entries nicely. You can download it for free.
 
This thread will help you with MsConfig questions regarding Registry locations. Also any decent Registry Cleaner would edit and clean the MsConfig Startup Window too.
