i'd just like to know if anybody knows how to get rid of the little drop down arrows in the start menu (after hitting the drop down arrows, they fully expand the start menu).

basically what i'd like to see is this... i just spent about an hour organizing my start menu so that it's not so cluttered. now, instead of having Windows hiding my clutter, i'd like it to leave my clutter alone so that all the shortcuts of my start menu are visible from the beginning (no auto-hiding/collapsing).

if this is possible, please let me know how this can be corrected!!! much appreciation to all who at least took the time to read this long post.
