How can I get my tasks from Scheduler in XP when my PC is upgraded to a Windows 7 machine?

I have an XP machine at the office that is going to be upgraded to Windows 7. My question is....is there a way
to bring along the Tasks that I have set up in the Scheduler tool? If I need to re install everything in 7 then I need to plan the time to do and test it....otherwise is there an importing tool or something like that to bring em in?

Almost seems more of a hassle than simply re-creating. Need to double check/verify everything if you go this route to see that everything is working. I personally would just re-create, but that's just me.
