Below is my Report Setup. Currently my field name labels and data fields are both under the detail section. Currently my field name labelz repeat for each record. So if you look at a page of my report the labels are repeated for each record. I would like to setup the report where the labels repeat only at the top of each page. How do set this up? Below is how the detail section is setup in Design View.

What you need is a page header. Go to the 'View' menu option and select 'Page Header/Footer'. This will insert both a header and a footer section in your report. Place the labels in the Header section. If you do not want the footer to appear, drag its bar so that it has no height and that way it will not create white space on your report. Have fun!)

AlexMidd (Programmer)-I should have described everything that is on the report. I hope this helps. Would it resolve my issue if I move my Name of the Program text up under Page Header and then move the labels under Program Header?

No. Basically, if you want the name of program to come up only when it changes, this has to be in the Program header. You could put the labels under any of the headers, but they will repeat according to which header you put them in. If you choose the Program header, then they will repeat for every new program heading, under page header, they will repeat only at the top of each page, and so on.

If you want the labels underneath the Program name, you have to put them either in the Program header or in the detail, in the latter case of course, they will repeat every record. My choice would be the program header and then choose "Keep together on page" for the program group under "Sorting and Grouping", then you don't get a page starting halfway through a program group and thus no labels where you need them, at the top of the page. Have fun!)
